3. Pricing & Payments

  • Full payment must be made before we begin processing your order.

4. Shipping

  • Orders typically require 7–10 working days for production and 5–6 working days for delivery (approximately 15 days in total).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or unforeseen courier delays.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Returns: Returns are not accepted.

  • Exchanges: Only items with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange.

    • You must provide an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
