2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged product

  • Production faults

3. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. You must provide a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.

4. Important Notes

  • No exchanges will be accepted without a valid unboxing video. This helps us verify the issue and maintain fairness.

  • If your exchange request is approved, you may be required to ship the defective item back to us. Our team will guide you through the return process.
